now by deciding some relevant keywords with medium compettion with the help of google adword you can select some keywords...now make some description and and then starts from the submission on directories forums, bookmarking, classifieds, articles related to your website on various submission sites by giving ur url...and make the back links.

now do some on-page work like you can check your website have appropriate title tag , meta description tag, if not then you can make it by online meta tag generator for free and paste on your website take care of header tag.

find robot.txt, and sitemap.xml is present or not, content is appropriate.

you can make blogs on blogger and wordpress and can give your link dere.
